Customer (Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”)
1. Definitions
• “Products” refers to the goods or services offered by the Seller.
• “Order” means the Buyer’s request for Products submitted to the Seller.
• “Contract” means the agreement formed between the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer places an Order.
2. Formation of Contract
• The Contract is formed when the Buyer places an Order and the Seller acknowledges receipt of the Order via email.
3. Description of Products
• The Seller shall provide a description of the Products, including specifications and prices, on the Seller’s website or in other marketing materials.
4. Payment
• The Buyer shall pay the agreed-upon price for the Products as specified on the Seller’s website or in the Order confirmation.
5. Delivery
• The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the Buyer within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• The Buyer acknowledges that delivery times may vary based on the nature of the Products and other factors beyond the Seller’s control.
6. Right of Withdrawal
• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products.
• To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via email or postal mail.
• The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the Products unless otherwise agreed upon with the Seller.
7. Returns and Refunds
• If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the returned Products.
• The Buyer shall return the Products in their original condition, and the Seller reserves the right to deduct any diminished value from the refund if the Products have been used or damaged.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
• The Seller will collect and process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to the Seller’s Privacy Policy for more information.

By placing an Order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
